I love the minimalist, boho, natural feel in my room, filled with natural materials, plants, and clean color palettes. It makes the room feel bigger, brighter, and more inviting.
I found this awesome site a while ago, called A Merry Thought, filled with super cute minimalist DIY projects for your room, bathroom, and house. My bed and ladder is from this site and I really love them.
The blog and projects are actually by a lady who makes these things herself! So for all my ingenuitive boss babes out there, I’d totally recommend you to give these a try. As for me, I had my dad make them for me since I’m not wood working savvy in the least. But, I guess I haven’t really tried either.
Anyways, I hope that you enjoy these easy, DIY minimalist furniture and decor projects and find some inspo for your home!
Super cute and handy for hanging sweaters, hats, plants, and more! I use this everyday plus it adds to my room aesthetic. This is a super simple project and took my dad maybe 20 minutes or less to make.
I haven’t tried this one yet, but how cute is that?? The perfect plant ladder stand for a simple, natural feel and perfect for setting all your blooming greenery on. I see this being super cute in a kitchen, living room, or even greenhouse.
This is the bed that my dad made for me, and it is the perfect minimalist day bed for lounging and sleeping. I covered mine with a linen white comforter for a clean canvas to add throw pillows to.
Super cute wall shelves with a minimalistic touch and perfect for plants, pictures, and more!
This is a perfect idea for if you need extra closet space or simply want to show off some cute clothes and bags!
I hope that these inspired your inner DIY decorater/creator and gave some good ideas and resources for your room! If you loved this content and would like more like it, make sure to tell me in the comments!
