cozy and sweet breakfast winter recipes

Nothing beats snuggling up with a warm muffin or scone on a cold winter day. No wonder there is a thing called comfort food. I love baking up a storm during the wintertime and filling the house with all kinds of delicious and spiced aromas while also making the house warm.

I’ve made a sweet and short list of three of my favorite wintertime ( or anytime) breakfasts that I love to bake up sometimes. They’re all easy to make, mostly vegan, super nourishing + healthy, and sooo yummy.
