Breathe!

No one likes a stuffy nose, and with all this pollen floating around in the air, I know that a lot of people are getting the sniffles including my family. If you haven’t tried a nasal inhaler, you really need to try this recipe! They work so well when you put in good, nostril clearing EOs! I have step-by-step pictures below the recipe to show you how to open and put in your EOs to make it easier for you!

What you’ll need:

  1. Nasal inhalers { you can get these HERE}
  2. YL EOs of your choice { 3 drops each. Peppermint and Lemongrass work very well!}
  3. Label { this is optional of course, but I made my own}

Directions: Take off the plastic cap from the top and drop 5-10 drops of your YL EOs onto the cotton wick that is in the inside. Snap the cap back on. Unscrew the top part of the inhaler and place it snugly just inside of your nostril. Do not put it in your nostril far. Take a deep breath through your nose. You can repeat it as many times as needed to get a completely clear nose. You may need to repeat throughout the day to keep your nose clear.

I hope this helped you, and I would love it if you would share what oil blends worked for you the best!
